About
Nicole Leiter is a licensed pharmacist (PharmD, RPh) and MBA who has spent 25+ years operating and scaling healthcare, retail, and pharmacy businesses — from independent pharmacy to Fortune 50 enterprise to private equity-backed growth.
She currently holds an active operating role at a large healthcare delivery organization, where she leads transformation across primary care, clinical operations, and corporate functions. Through Leiter Consulting Group, she serves as an investor and advisor to early-stage healthcare and pharmacy companies, and takes on a small number of high-impact consulting engagements each year.
Her work focuses on three things: building durable operating models, scaling businesses without losing what makes them work, and helping founders and executives navigate the messy middle between strategy and execution.
What I Do
Full-time operating leadership in healthcare delivery. Current focus: primary care, clinical operations, large-scale organizational transformation, and building durable operating systems across geographically distributed networks.
Active equity investor in 5+ early-stage healthcare and pharmacy companies. Focus areas include specialty pharmacy, medication therapy management, clinical decision support, and healthcare technology enablement.
Board service, advisory roles, and selective consulting engagements through Leiter Consulting Group. Engagements are by referral or direct inquiry — always with healthcare and pharmacy operators, founders, boards, and PE-backed portfolio companies.
